We had a fantastic stay with cooperative staff and excellent cleanliness. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we found convenient parking available. The transportation options were easily accessible, making it effortless to explore this city. The location was perfect, being close to our workplace. the breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were really nice too ensure our comfort.
Nothing negative to say.

Free parking was provided to the guests. Dabok airport was hardly 25 minutes away by car:)))

The pool area was nice and relaxing, and the room had a comfortable bed and a good AC unit to escape the heat.
The restaurant was a disaster, with terrible food and incredibly slow service. the hotel was noisy and not romantic at all, as it was located near a busy street with lots of traffic.

The hotel lacks a full-time manager, which can sometimes lead to minor inconveniences.

My xmas experience at this hotel was quite satisfying. the rooms were tidy and the staff was helpful. the hotel was located in close proximity to the market and tourist attractions, which was a great advantage. Apart from this, the hotel also had a nice swimming pool where I enjoyed my time.
There were also some negative aspects that I did not appreciate. the breakfast spread was not up to the mark and could have been better.
